Home Field - Foundation Academy South Campus 15304 Tilden Rd., Winter Garden, Florida 34787 From SR 535/Winter Garden Vineland Road, take Tilden Road WEST. (There is a Walgreens at the corner of 535 and Tilden Road.) Stay on Tilden Road for approximately 2 miles. You will cross under the Toll Road 429 overpass and pass Tiny Road.
